Cancellation & No Show Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within the 24 hour period you will be charged for 50% of your scheduled service(s).

Salon Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any service that you received at JMAC, we would like the opportunity to address any concerns you may have. Listed below are the required time frames:

Haircut – 7 Days from date of service

Color – 14 Days from date of service (with use of our products)

Perm – 14 Days from date of service

Nails – 7 Days from date of service

Product Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased at JMAC, we can return it within 14 days of your purchase. If the product was used, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
